Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 1/2 liter of high-fat kefir or yogurt
  • 250 grams of mayonnaise
  • 3-4 teaspoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • salt on the tip of a knife


For the stuffing:

  • 800 grams of salmon fillet or other fish
  • 2 large onions
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with a little salt, pour the kefir / yoghurt, mayonnaise and beat again. Quench the soda in a teaspoon of vinegar and then add to the other products. Then gradually begin to add the flour, which must first be sifted. Make a liquid dough with a thick consistency similar to cream.

Divide it into two parts, pour one of them into a greased pan and spread the fish on top, cut into pieces, and on them - randomly chopped onions. Season to taste. Pour the filling with the remaining dough and place the pan in a preheated oven (200 degrees).

After 30 minutes, remove the reddened pie from the oven, grease its surface with oil and cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes before serving.
