Method of preparation:
Mix the flour with the salt and add the butter, water and beaten eggs. Make crumbly dough and roll it out. With the obtained tray, spread a greased pie tin. Heat oil and fry the potatoes until semi-finished.
Season with salt, pepper and fresh oregano to taste. Drain and distribute them in the form. Saute onion and ham in the same fat.
Pour them over the potatoes. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour the mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano.
Fold the dough edges so that they cover the pie, spread them with beaten egg yolk and preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Bake for 30 minutes, cool and serve the pie warm.
