Required products :
1 kg of puff pastry
1 large stalk of leek
200 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 medium zucchini
200 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 20%
1 egg
100-150 grams of yellow cheese
oil
You can skip the mushrooms or zucchini, if you prefer, also experiment with stuffing with onions, various vegetables, sausage or other favorite products.
Method of preparation :
Cut the leeks into circles, fry it and add the thinly sliced zucchini. Prepare until transparent. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, fry separately and then add to the vegetables, add salt to taste.
Spread the dough in a suitable shape and pierce its surface with a fork. Then distribute the filling evenly and fold the edges.
Beat the egg with the cream and pour the mixture over the pie. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until a golden appetizing crust forms on top.
