Grease a pan with a falling bottom. Roll out the dough and cover the form with it, pressing well on the bottom and on the walls, and cut off the excess and set aside for later.
Pour on the dough with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put crushed two cloves of garlic, then spread them evenly with a brush, season with salt and pepper. Punch the bottom with a fork and bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with a little grated Parmesan, if desired.
