Required products :

200 grams of butter

6 tablespoons sour cream

1.5 teaspoon leavening agent

2.5 teaspoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

 

For the stuffing:

3 eggs

100 - 150 grams of melted cheese (or to taste)

3 onions

red and black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

First, make the filling. Cut the onion and fry it until soft, add pepper to taste.

Grate the melted cheese, mix it with the onion, eggs and mix everything thoroughly.

Knead the dough, first mixing the softened butter with the sour cream, then add the flour, baking powder, salt. Do not knead for a long time, the dough should be soft.

Roll it out as thin as possible and place it in a suitable container, forming edges at the end of the dough tray.

Pour the filling into the resulting "bed" and place the pie to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.

In case it is toasted on top and the dough is not ready yet, cover with foil.
