Necessary products:

For the dough:

1 teaspoon flour

130 grams of butter

3 tablespoons cream

0.5 teaspoon soda

1 egg for spreading

 

For the stuffing:

3 eggs

1 onion

2 pieces of melted cheese

connection dill

oil

 

Method of preparation:

Grate the butter on a medium grater, add the flour, cream, baking soda. Mix everything and refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. Beat the eggs, grate the melted cheese (to make it easier to grate, put it in the freezer for a while beforehand). Chop the dill. Mix eggs, dill, onion, cheese. Divide the dough into 2 parts (2/3 and 1/3). Put the larger one in a suitable container, covering its walls to the middle with dough (shape it like a "fence"). Spread the liquid filling and close the pie with the rest of the dough. Pinch the edges, smear the surface with egg. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes (until golden brown).
