Necessary products

For the dough:

1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon yogurt
2 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For the stuffing:

300 grams of minced meat
3 onions
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Quench the soda in the yogurt that you mix with the eggs and then add to the pre-sifted flour.

Add salt to the dough and mix well. Spread half of it evenly on the bottom of a suitable container, which you have greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil. Add the minced meat, season to taste and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Spread the filling on the base in the pan, and pour the rest of the dough on top and level the surface.

Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (or until done).

Serve hot.
