How To Cook Pie With Minced Meat, Garlic And Cream Topping With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

For the dough:

  • 120 grams of oil at room temperature
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • a pinch of dried basil
  • pinch of salt

 

About the filling :

  • 400 grams of minced meat mixture or another of your choice
  • 50 grams of wild garlic if desired
  • 1 clove ordinary garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 20 grams of fresh dill
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium onion head
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper
  • 8 - 10 cherry tomatoes
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the butter and flour, mix by hand until smooth. Add the egg, spices and water, knead, put the dough in a glass bowl and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees, grease form with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Fry the minced meat together with the chopped onion, garlic, pepper and tomato (pre-peeled) for about 8 - 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add tomato paste, sour cream. In the minced meat, chop the fresh dill and wild garlic, if you will use.

In a separate bowl, mix the liquid cream, egg and cheese, beat with a wire whisk. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the dough in the pan, be sure to roll the edges up the walls of the dish. Punch the dough around the perimeter with a fork and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven and spread the filling evenly over the surface. Drizzle with the cream and yellow cheese mixture and arrange the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, on top.

Put the pie to bake for 20 minutes.

When it cools down a bit, you can cut and serve.
