Necessary products

For the dough:

3 tsp flour

1 tsp water

1 tsp May

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Sol

5 tablespoons oil

For the stuffing:

1 tomato (large)

2 cloves garlic

200 g mushrooms

1/2 bunch parsley, wild leek and green onion

ketchup

olive oil

herbs

soy sauce

spices

sesame for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough from the products for it, leave it to rise, knead once more and let it rise again.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and fry in olive oil together with the garlic. Add the spices and stew under a lid until soft. Cut the green herbs, add them to the tomatoes, then add the mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir, turn off the heat and close the pan.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer with a diameter twice the size of the form. Place in the tray,

 

put the stuffing, press with a spoon and spread ketchup on top.

 

Close the pie with the dough that comes out of the bowl, leaving the center uncovered. Spread with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

 

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
