Required products :

450 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
15 grams of butter
300-350 grams of yogurt
250-300 grams of sorrel leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and salt. Rub the butter into the dry combination and add the yoghurt. Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide it into two equal parts.
From one form a circle with a layer thickness of 1/2 centimeter and a diameter of about 23 centimeters. Spread sorrel leaves on the surface and sprinkle with sugar.

 
From the second part of the dough make a layer the same size as the first and close the pie. Pinch the edges well.

Grease a suitable pan with oil, sprinkle the bottom with a little flour and place the dough with the filling in it.
Cover with a lid and bake the pie in the oven at 230 degrees for about an hour (until golden).
