How To Cook Pie With Yellow Cheese, Cheese And Red Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

2 teaspoons flour
150 grams butter
50-70 grams grated cheese
2 tablespoons fresh milk or water
3 eggs
200 grams sour cream
green onions or other green spice to taste
1-2 tablespoons dried tomatoes
250-300 grams of shredded cheese
1 large red sweet pepper

Preparation :
Mix the flour and butter, make crumbs of them. Add the grated yellow cheese, pour the milk and glue the dough to form a ball. Then distribute it in a form, making high "walls" of it along those of the vessel. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

During this time, make the filling.
Beat the eggs lightly, add the sour cream and finely chopped green onions, dried tomatoes and finally the shredded cheese.
Clean the pepper from the seeds and the tail, cut it into small cubes and add most of them to the other products, set aside for decoration. Mix everything well.
