1 teaspoon vodka

1 kg potatoes
1 kg skim cottage cheese
1 tea cup olive oil
leaves fresh mint
salted black pepper and salt to taste


Method of preparation :

Knead a pliable dough from the products indicated for it and let it rest while you make the filling.

Wash, peel and cut zucchini and potatoes into thin slices. Finely chop the mint. Grease with olive oil suitable

Divide the dough into two equal parts, which roll out to a thickness of 0.5 - 1 centimeter.

Put one layer on the bottom of the dish and distribute the filling as follows: a row of sliced ​​potatoes, part of the curd mixed with mint, zucchini, cottage cheese again and so on until the products for the filling are exhausted.
