Boil the pre-peeled potatoes, mash them and add to them fried onions until golden, grated yellow cheese chopped green spices and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and the pie filling is ready.
Knead the dough from the flour, the two eggs and a glass of yogurt / kefir, add a little salt.
Then cut it into circles and roll each one out.
Distribute the potato-cheese filling in the middle of the resulting bases and form pies, the ends of which are pinched. Press them on both sides to acquire a flatter shape, then fry in hot oil until golden brown or fry in a pan.
