How To Cook Pies With Cranberries, Cheese And Raspberry Jam - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of sliced ​​cheese (mozzarella, brie or other type)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry jam, maybe figs
  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • a beaten egg for spreading
  • 1 teaspoon fresh milk
  • 100 grams of fresh cranberries
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the puff pastry and cut rectangles of equal size. At the end of each put cheese, garnish with jam or blueberries, fold the edges and glue them with a mixture of egg and milk.

 

Sprinkle the cranberries with the sugar and cool. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Arrange the patties, bake for 20-25 minutes and cool.

Arrange on a plate and garnish with candied red berries. Serve and enjoy the taste.
