Necessary products:

  • 100 grams of rice
  • 30 grams of raisins (without seeds)
  • 50 grams of prunes
  • 60 grams of carrots
  • 200 ml of water
  • 30 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Pour the rice into boiling salted water and cook until semi-finished. In a separate bowl with boiling water, place the raisins, prunes and chopped carrots until soft. Then add the rice to them, close the pan with a lid and cook until the products are fully cooked. Serve with butter.
