Wash the mushrooms and dry them. Heat oil well in a suitable pan, pour the mushrooms in it, and fry them over high heat. Add the onion, cut into semicircles. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, close the pan with a lid and let the products simmer for 15 minutes (stir periodically). Fill everything with boiling water, the level of which should be about 1 cm above the rice. Put the dish to simmer with the lid closed for 30 minutes.
