Necessary products
For the dough:
1 teaspoon strained yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons sifted flour
For cream:
500 grams sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
For syruping:
100 milliliters of canned pineapple syrup
For the stuffing:
1 can of pineapple
crushed biscuits for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Mix the sugar and egg in a suitable bowl.
Smash them.
Add the yogurt with the soda and oil.
Break again.
It's time for the flour.
Pour the resulting dough into a detachable cake tin.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Let the marsh cool.
During this time, make the cream. Beat the sour cream with both types of sugar until smooth.
Cut the marsh horizontally into 3 parts.
Syrup them with the sweet canned pineapple liquid.
