Necessary products:
- 1 fresh pineapple or 1 can of fruit
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut shavings
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 4 tablespoons sweetened cream
- 1 egg
- 10 grams of powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 10 grams of baking powder
Method of preparation:
Mix the two types of flour, coconut shavings, salt, baking powder and beat the egg with the cream. Add the sugar and combine the two mixtures.
Add the coconut shavings and rum. Arrange the sliced pineapple slices in a suitable pan and pour over the mixture.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden. Cool, cut and serve.
