Required products :
200-300 grams canned pineapple (or to taste)
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
100 ml rum
stick vanilla
Method of preparation :
Grind the pineapple with a blender, then pour the rum and beat once more. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the vanilla ice cream and the cocktail is ready.
Pour into a suitable glass and serve with a vanilla stick.
