How To Cook Pineapple Dessert With Cottage Cheese And Raisins - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of sour cream
1 can of pineapple
1/2 liter of pineapple juice
25 grams of gelatin
1/2 box of condensed milk
raisins to taste
vanilla to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin into pineapple juice and leave for about an hour. Then place in a water bath and let dissolve.
Using a blender, beat the curd with the vanilla, condensed milk and sour cream. Add the diced fruit and gelatin with the juice.
Soak the raisins in boiling water and then add to the other products.
Pour the resulting combination into a suitable container and store in the refrigerator until firm.
Once this is done, garnish with pineapple slices and serve the dessert.
