Necessary products:

200 grams of butter

175 grams of granulated sugar

300 grams of canned pineapple rings

100 grams of cherries (maybe without them)

175 grams of ground almonds

2 eggs

100 grams of flour

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

4 tablespoons peach jam

2 tablespoons lemon juice

pinch of salt

cream or ice cream to serve

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, grease with butter a form with a diameter of 20 - 22 cm and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
