How To Cook Pineapple Smoothie With Chia Seeds, Honey And Ginger - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pineapple smoothie with chia seeds, honey and ginger". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and clean the apple and pineapple from unnecessary parts, cut the rest into pieces and put in a blender.

Add chia seeds and grated ginger if desired. Sweeten with a spoonful of honey and grind the products.

Distribute the resulting fruit mixture in glasses, sprinkle with chia seeds and consume the cocktail, cooled to room temperature.
