Learn how to cook "Pineapple with coconut milk sauce and rum". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 pineapple
400 milliliters of coconut milk
2 lemons
100 milliliters of rum
2 tablespoons cane sugar
Method of preparation :
Cut the pineapple into 6 equal pieces. Bake them in a dry pan (or grill) on each side for about 3 minutes. Peel the bark.
Mix the coconut milk with the sugar, add the juice of the two lemons, rum and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pour the pineapple pieces with the prepared sauce, let it cool a bit and put it in the fridge for a while.
