Required products :
- 500 grams of minced beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ripe mozzarella
- pepperoni
- 1/2 tea tomato pizza sauce
- 5 pitki for hotdog
Method of preparation :
Knead the minced meat by seasoning it with spices. Divide the minced meat into 4-5 equal parts and form into an oblong meatball, fill each of them with a little mozzarella.
Fry in a pan until done.
Cut hot dog cakes lengthwise from the top, put in each meatball. Spread with tomato sauce, put 2 slices of mozzarella to cover the whole loaf. Spread the sausage slices on top and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
