Method of preparation :
First make marshmallows for pizza, mixing the three types of flour, add a pinch of salt, baking powder, stir and pour the oil into the dry mixture. Stir once more and gradually pour water (about half a cup of tea). The dough should have a thick uniform consistency and not stick to the hands.
Shape into a ball and spread in a tray (on a sheet of parchment) in the form of a circle 8-10 millimeters thick.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees (the goal is to dry the marshmallow).
Prepare the products for the filling: grate the yellow cheese, add salt to the mushrooms and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes.
Remove the base from the oven and arrange half of the sliced green olives and mushrooms on it.
Make the garlic sauce by squeezing or finely chopping the cloves, mix them with the thyme, add a pinch of salt and pepper, pour in the oil and stir.
Pour 200-250 grams of yellow cheese into the aromatic combination and evenly cover the mushrooms and olives with the prepared sauce.
Follow the remaining olives, tomato rings and finally sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees and serve hot.
