  • Required products :
  • 1 pizza dough (400 grams)
  • 6 tablespoons tomato pizza sauce
  • 240 grams of pepperoni sausage - thinly sliced
  • 9 slices of ripe mozzarella
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic oil (garlic + melted butter)

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chives, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano
  • Method of preparation:

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread it with tomato sauce.

Arrange the sliced ​​peppers tightly next to each other over the entire surface of the dough. Cover with mozzarella. Roll into a tight roll.
