How To Cook Pizza Roll With Sausages, Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pizza roll with sausages, cheese and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 240 milliliters of warm water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 420 grams of flour

For the stuffing:

  • 1 can of tomatoes in their own sauce
  • yellow cheese and parmesan to taste
  • ham and sausage to taste
  • dried tomatoes to taste
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water, leave for 10-15 minutes in a warm place until the yeast is activated and bubbles form.

Then add half of the flour, olive oil, salt to taste and stir until the flour mixes well with the liquid.

Then start adding a little of the remaining flour, stirring constantly. The dough should not stick to your hands. Put it in a greased bowl, grease with oil and the dough itself, cover it with a damp cloth and leave to rise in the heat for 1-2 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Cut the canned tomatoes into cubes, ham and sausage - into thin slices, grate Parmesan cheese and yellow cheese.

Roll out the finished dough on a sheet of parchment and spread the canned tomatoes, leaving about 6-7 cm of uncovered dough at the edges.

Then arrange the layers: parmesan, ham, sausage, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.

Beat the egg with a fork and spread it on the free edges of the dough (use a cooking brush).

Roll up a roll, spread the egg on its surface and make light cuts with a sharp knife. If desired, you can sprinkle with Parmesan or yellow cheese.

Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 240 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
