Necessary products

For the dough:

500 grams of flour

100 milliliters of warm water

1 cup fresh milk

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

2 teaspoons dry yeast

50 grams of butter (at room temperature)

For the stuffing:

200 grams of sausage of your choice

200 grams of meat of your choice

300 grams of yellow cheese

ketchup

you can use minced meat, pickles and whatever else you prefer

 

Method of preparation:

Heat the milk a little, add the yeast and sugar to it, stir and leave the mixture for 20-30 minutes. A "fluffy hat" should form.

Take a suitable container and mix in the sifted flour, salt, pepper (if you will use), butter (in small cubes), warm water and "boiled" yeast. Knead a pliable dough. Grease the pan with a little oil, put the dough in it, cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Meanwhile, make the filling by cutting the products you have decided to use into small cubes.

Sprinkle the plate with flour, put the dough, sprinkle it with a little flour and roll out. Coat the surface with ketchup, spread the filling generously on top, roll it up and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife.

Grease a pan with oil and arrange the pizzas in it, shaping their surface to look like roses in the finished state. Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes (in the middle position of the oven). Then increase the temperature to 200 and bake for another 5 minutes.

The yellow cheese can be part of the filling or sprinkle it on top grated towards the end of baking the pizzas.
