How To Cook Pizza With Arugula, Mushrooms And Pecorino Cheese - Recipe

Ingredients :
3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 tea cups chopped wild mushrooms
  • 500 grams of pizza dough (preferably wholemeal)
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices
  • 120 grams of hard mozzarella
  • 3 tea cups arugula
  • 1 tablespoon lemon oil
  • 3 tablespoons Pecorino cheese

Method of preparation :

Preheat to 200 degrees in the oven pizza plate or pan for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until browned. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface or a convenient shallow pan. Sprinkle the garlic slices over the dough and sprinkle with the mozzarella and half the mushrooms on top. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Carefully transfer the pizza to the hot plate and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

Put the finished pizza on a board and cut into 4 pieces.

Season the arugula with salt and lemon olive oil. Cover the pizza with it and sprinkle with the remaining mushrooms and Pecorino cheese.
