How To Cook Pizza With Broccoli, Mushrooms And Pine Nuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • half a head of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 stalk fresh parsley
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 300 grams of finished dough
  • 200 grams of broccoli
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees and cover the grill with a sheet of parchment. Cut the mushrooms and peel the garlic. Cut the broccoli, blanch it in hot, add salt to water, cool and set aside.

 

Cut the red onion into circles and chili pepper into small pieces. Prepare the yellow cheese and saturate the parsley. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt to taste and mix well.

 

Roll out a fine loaf of dough, spread it with tomato paste and cover with mushrooms, broccoli, red onion, red pepper, pine nuts and grated mozzarella.

 

Put the pizza on the grill, bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove, cool and cut. Serve warm and enjoy its taste.
