How To Cook Pizza With Cherries And Hot Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2/3 cup ricotta tea
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams of pizza dough at room temperature
  • 200 grams of bacon, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons kale (or other green leafy vegetables)
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/4 tea cup marinated hot pepper, chopped
  • 2 tea cups ripe mozzarella, grated

Method of preparation :

Mix the anchovies, ricotta, salt and pepper together with the garlic and half of the parmesan in a bowl.

Fry the bacon until crispy and golden, drain on paper.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll each out on a floured surface.

Discard the fat from the pan, keeping only 1-2 teaspoons. Put on the stove to clog. Carefully place the dough in the pan. Spread the ricotta dough with anchovies, sprinkle with half of the kale, half of the cherries, half of the hot peppers and half of the bacon. You should also add half of the mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Transfer the pizza to a serving plate and in the same way bake another one with the rest of the dough and products.
