Required products :

For the dough:

  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 500 grams of flour

For the stuffing:

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 eggplant
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 120 grams of mozzarella
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 sweet pepper


Method of preparation :

Add the dry yeast, sugar, salt to the flour, pour warm water and beat the egg. Knead the dough, leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half to rise.

When it doubles in volume, grease the bottom of the pan with olive oil and spread the dough in it.

Pour the dried basil into the tomato puree, pour olive oil, you can add oregano if you wish. Stir. Spread the marshmallows with the sauce.

Cut the eggplant into circles, sprinkle with salt and bake for a quarter of an hour in the oven at 160 degrees. Then arrange them on the tomato layer.

Cut the pepper into straws, the mozzarella into small pieces. Spread these products on the dough as well.

Followed by tomato rings and sprinkle everything with planed yellow cheese.

Bake the pizza for 35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees. When a golden crust forms, it is ready.
