Necessary products:

300 grams of wheat flour

150 milliliters of water

1 teaspoon dry yeast

0.5 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon oil

3 red peppers

2 onions

150 grams of mushrooms

200 grams of yellow cheese

4 tablespoons tomato sauce

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into thin semicircles and fry it until golden in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grease the peppers with oil and bake them in the oven until soft. Once cooled, peel them and cut into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Knead the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and wait a few minutes for the foam to form. Sift the flour, add salt and stir. Make a funnel in the middle and pour the dissolved yeast and oil into it. Mix well and knead the dough for 5 - 10 minutes. Then put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours (you need to increase its volume 2 times). When this happens, divide it into two parts. Roll out a thin circle of each and spread with tomato juice. Spread onions, mushrooms and peppers on top (determine the quantities yourself according to your preferences).

Put the pizza to bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Remove, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return for another 5-7 minutes to bake.

Enjoy your meal!
