Necessary products for the dough:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1/4 tsp Sol
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 150 ml of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the stuffing:

  • apples - to taste
  • ham (or bacon) - to taste

For the sauce:

  • canned tomatoes (peeled) - 300 ml
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • white wine - about 1 glass
  • salt to taste
  • basil (or parsley) - to taste
  • yellow cheese (hard) - to taste
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour, add salt, make a hole in the middle. Pour water and olive oil into it. Knead the dough with a uniform consistency, cover it with a damp cloth and leave for 1-1.5 hours. During this time, cut the garlic cloves into slices and fry in a spoonful of well-heated oil. Grind the canned peeled tomatoes in a blender until puree. Pour the puree into the pan and add the basil. The sauce is prepared on a low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the wine, stir and leave on the stove until the contents are reduced by about 1/3 and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper, leave to cool. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts. From each of them roll out a loaf about 5-7 mm thick and 25 cm in diameter. Before spreading the sauce, place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 5 minutes,

Cut the apple and ham into thin slices. Drizzle the rolled dough with the sauce, alternating the apple and ham pieces. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese on top. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Serve in the form in which you baked it.
