How To Cook Pizza With Minced Meat, Cream Cheese And Iceberg - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 30 grams of spice mix for such
  • 3/4 tea cup of water
  • 400 grams of pizza dough
  • 220 grams of sour cream
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • pitted olives, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup iceberg, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander

Method of preparation :

Fry the minced meat, breaking it into grains during cooking. Add the spice like this and when the minced meat turns brown, pour in the water. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and cool. If there is fat or liquid in the pan, drain it and let the minced meat cool.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees, leave to cool completely.

Using a mixer, beat the cream and cream cheese. Spread the resulting milk mixture on the cold loaf.

Cut the tomatoes into eight pieces, chop the onion thinly and cut the iceberg into very thin strips.

Sprinkle with tomato pizza, then add green onions, olives and grated cheddar. Finally, finish with the iceberg and fresh coriander.

Refrigerate and refrigerate before eating.
