Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • incomplete glass of water
  • May 10 grams
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the stuffing:

  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 grams of mozzarella
  • 100 grams of parmesan
  • basil to taste

Method of preparation is:

Knead the dough using a food processor. Pour the sifted flour into the bowl of the appliance first, add the yeast and grind to get crumbs. Add salt, sugar and stir. Then turn on the robot and gradually start pouring hot water.

When the dough is gathered into a ball, pour olive oil and knead so that it can be absorbed by the dough.

Then place on the kitchen counter and knead until smooth. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and basil to the softened butter. Of course, you can use more or less garlic if you prefer. Stir well.

Grate the cheese.

Divide the risen dough into two equal parts and turn on the oven to heat to maximum temperature. Place the pan in which you will bake the pizza in the appliance, it should heat up extremely well.

Roll out two layers on parchment paper and grease the two bases with garlic oil and spread the cheese on top.

When the pan is well heated, place the future pizzas in them and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

When they are ready, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

Enjoy your meal!
