Necessary products:

1 tsp milk

3 tsp flour

1 pack. dry yeast

0.5 tsp oil

1 tsp Sol

1 tbsp sugar

For the stuffing:

mayonnaise

boiled meat or some sausage

pasteurized mushrooms (without vinegar)

tomato

pepper

yellow cheese for sprinkling

spices

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil and milk, add salt, yeast, sugar and mix everything. Gradually start adding the flour. Knead the dough and cover it with a towel. Leave it in a warm place to rise (for 15-25 minutes). Then knead, do not stick to your hands. Form a loaf of dough and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove, spread it with mayonnaise, sprinkle with spices and arrange pieces of cooked meat (or sausage), mushrooms, tomato slices and chopped peppers. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
