How To Cook Pizza With Porridge And Stuffed With Bacon, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 200 grams of corn flour / ground corn
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste

For the stuffing:

  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • mayonnaise if desired

Method of preparation :

Boil the cornflour by adding the butter to the porridge, which is then allowed to cool to room temperature. Then put the three raw eggs, stir and distribute the loaf in a pizza pan.

 

Bacon and onion cut into cubes, saturate or grate carrots. Fry these products together, and at the end of the process add the tomato puree.

Pour the mixture over the cornstarch and place the diced cheese on top.

 

Optionally, finish with a grid of mayonnaise and bake the pizza for 7-10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
