Necessary products:

 

for the dough:

 

  • 2 tea cups white flour
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 5 grams of salt and sugar
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

for the stuffing:

 

  • 100-150 grams of finely chopped prosciutto
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 50 grams of fresh blackberries
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste or paste
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

First prepare the dough by mixing the two types of flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Dilute with water and olive oil, mix and knead a soft dough.

Cover with cling film and after rising, roll out a tray of thickness and size of your choice. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Put marshmallows in it and spread it with tomato paste.

Season with salt, pepper, add the prosciutto, yellow cheese and blackberries. Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, cool and cut. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
