Required products :

1 teaspoon warm water
20 grams dry yeast
3 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tomato
1 red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
300 grams goat cheese
100 grams rice

Method of preparation :

Pour the warm water into a large bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. A few minutes later, add the oil, salt and flour, kneading the dough with a spoon. When it becomes thick enough, start kneading with your hands on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
Put it in a greased bowl and cover with a clean towel. Leave for about 45 minutes to rise.

Pour the rice into another large bowl and pour boiling water. After 10 minutes, drain the liquid, you can mash. Leave it for the moment.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chopped onion in it until soft and translucent (stir). Then reduce the heat, add salt and let the onion cook until it acquires a dark brown color (about 5-10 minutes). Then add the spices and boil the pan from the heat.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Roll out the risen dough and place it in a greased pan. Spread the rice filling with onion, tomato rings and pieces of goat cheese on it.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
