Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 125 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the filling:

  • 200 grams of duck leg
  • 200 grams of white mushrooms
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 4 heads of shallots
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley and green onion feathers
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Put a little salt in the flour and pour over the hob. Make an indentation in the center and crush the yeast in it.

Pour warm water, olive oil and dissolve the yeast in them, then sprinkle with flour.

Leave for 10 minutes and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel and wait for it to rise for about an hour, placing it in a warm place.

Meanwhile, make the filling.

If you use frozen mushrooms, defrost them first. Rinse, dry, cut into pieces.

Peel an onion, sauté the butter and then add the mushrooms. Fry until done.

Season with crushed garlic, chopped green onions and parsley, salt, pepper and stir.

Roll out the dough, giving it a round shape with a diameter of about 30 centimeters.

Place it in a pan that you have previously greased, and cover the walls of the form with the dough.

Spread the filling on the base, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
