Learn how to cook "Pizza with tomatoes, fried onions and cheese". Delicious recipe.
Ingredients :
1 teaspoon flour
300 grams cheese
1 egg
150 grams butter
3 medium tomatoes
2 onions
1/4 teaspoon water
salt to taste
yellow cheese for sprinkling
Preparation :
Mix the flour with water, egg, butter and a little salt. Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and fry.
Roll out the dough and place in a suitable pan, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil. Spread the shredded cheese on the surface of the dough, followed by tomato rings and fried onions.
Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste and bake the pizza in a preheated oven
for about 30 minutes.
You can replace the cheese with yellow cheese or add a little to the listed products,
also sprinkle the finished pizza with chopped green spices.
