Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 4 grams of dry yeast
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • 175 milliliters of water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • salt, pepper, dried oregano and dried basil
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cut into circles
  • 360 grams of tuna in canned olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • fresh basil leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, pour the flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, sugar and water. Stir with a wooden spoon, pour the dough on a floured surface and knead it. Leave to rise and roll out a round loaf. Put it on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

Put the puree in a bowl and add salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Stir and spread the resulting mixture on the marsh. Add the mozzarella, spread on all edges of the pizza and garnish with the fish.

Cut onions into circles, arrange on marshmallows and preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes, cool and garnish with fresh basil. Cut, serve and eat with appetite.
