How To Cook Pizza With Tuna, Yellow Cheese And Lemon Mayonnaise - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of beer pizza dough
  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 300 grams of tuna in olive oil
  • juice and grated rind of one lemon
  • 200 grams of milk mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
  • fresh oregano and basil to taste
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

From the dough you will get two marshmallows. Divide into two parts and roll out on a floured surface crusts. Cover the tops with some of the grated mozzarella, spread the fish and cover with the rest of the cheese.

Sprinkle with some of the grated rind, chopped parsley, oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, the remaining lemon zest, the pre-pressed garlic and stir.

Cool the sauce, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizzas for 20 minutes. When ready, cool, garnish with lemon mayonnaise, cut and serve.
