Necessary products
For the dough:
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon water
1 cup fresh milk
800 - 900 grams of flour (you may need less)
For the stuffing:
1/2 cup soft mozzarella cheese for the edges of the pizza
1/2 cup soft cheese for marshmallows
1/4 tea cup soft cheese for sprinkling

For the garlic sauce:
3 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 - 4 tablespoons cream
2 teaspoons mustard
3 cloves garlic (crushed or grated)
parsley, dill or basil (finely chopped)
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs lightly and add the oil to them. Mix the yeast, salt and sugar, pour into the egg mixture. Add the water to the slightly warmed milk and then add to the other products. Add the flour and knead a soft dough.
Grease a deep bowl with oil, put the dough in it, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise.
Make the sauce by mixing all the products for it. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Divide the finished dough into 4 parts. Roll each of them thinly and let the size be larger than the tray. Put in the dish. Spread the cheese, which is provided for this part of the pizza, on the edges and turn inwards so that the filling does not run out during baking. Punch the bottom of the pizza with a fork, spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Spread the filling on top: onions, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and anything you want. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Put the pizza in the oven and let it bake for 15-18 minutes. When removed, cut into pieces and serve immediately with the remaining garlic sauce.
