Butter cream is great for decorating cakes and stuffing. It is very tasty, with a slight aroma of butter. It is easy to work with, which makes it suitable for decorating flowers and various decorations on cakes and muffins.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Method of preparation :

Sift the powdered sugar into a large bowl.

Beat the butter with a mixer for 2 minutes until a cream is obtained. Start adding the sugar in portions, alternating with the cream. Add the vanilla.

Stir with the mixer for another 2 minutes to get a fluffy cream.
