How To Cook Pocket Of Minced Meat With Vegetable Stuffing - Recipe

Required products :

750 grams of minced meat mixture

250 milliliters of broth

3 onions

1 stalk of leek

3 eggs

100 grams of breadcrumbs

4 tablespoons oil

Red peppers

black pepper to taste

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the peppers into cubes, leeks into pieces, chop one onion, and the other two - cut into circles.

Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, onion to the minced meat and season to taste.

Between two sheets of plastic wrap put a layer of minced meat and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm.

Bring the vegetables to a boil for 3 minutes, drain the water, season to taste, remove the top layer of foil and spread the filling over the minced meat. Using the remaining foil, fold in half and pinch the edges. Cut into pieces about 7 cm long and fry the resulting "pockets" in oil. Then pour the broth and let them simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with a garnish of fried or baked potatoes, tomato sauce or fried vegetables.
