Necessary products:

  • 750 grams of pork
  • 2 onions
  • 500 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 100 ml of vegetable fat
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  • parsley and dill

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat into 10 pieces and pound it. Fry finely chopped onions, add the mushrooms (also finely chopped) and simmer until boiling. When everything cools, add the chopped dill and parsley, salt, pepper, egg and mix the products. Fill the pieces of meat with this stuffing and roll them into a roll. Put the rolls in a greased dish and place for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
