Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of pork bones
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 soft tomato
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 50 milliliters of white wine

 

for construction

 

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the bones in a saucepan, pour the water and add salt. Let them boil, strain the broth, cool the meat and bone it. Pour the broth into another bowl, put the meat, wine and red pepper.

Peel the potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Add them to the boiling liquid, stir and season the soup with extra salt and pepper to taste.

When the vegetables are ready, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and thyme. Beat the yolks with the milk and flour.

Scrape a ladle of the broth and return the building in a thin stream. Stir, pour portions and serve the soup hot.
