Required products :
250 grams of pork
50 grams of mushrooms
3 eggs
1/2 onion
30 grams of
parsley flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste
breadcrumbs, flour and egg for breading
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Cut onions and mushrooms, fry them. Beat the eggs, add chopped fresh parsley, onion with mushrooms, flour and stir. Make an omelet from the mixture.
Knock the meat on both sides, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Put the omelet on it and roll a tight roll, which you fasten with a toothpick.
Roll it first in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg and finish with the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Then place in a pan, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks and cut the finished appetizer into pieces.
